Organizational Experiments

Many companies are restructuring their organisational and management structures, breaking through rigid organisational charts and bringing the classic departmental silos closer together. Instead, they do not adhere to the pure forms of organizational models (hierarchy, network, matrix, holocracy ...), but combine various elements with each other in order to create a structure that is as suitable, manageable and agile as possible. The title theme of Personalmagazin 03/2019 gives an insight into companies that are currently undergoing restructuring and shows how, together with new organizational structures, they are also rethinking management.

I created the title as well as seven paper photo-illustrations for that cover story.
